What is the exact course schedule?

The advanced course lasts two days. Each day begins at 8:30 a.m. with an introduction to the daily goals. Lunch and transport to the restaurant are included in the course price on both days. 

The first day starts with a short theoretical introduction to business concepts and pricing of soft ice cream. We then devote ourselves to practice and produce various soft ice cream creations. Bubble waffles with soft ice cream are also on the program. The second day is also very practical and is dedicated to various decoration techniques. We then discuss marketing basics for soft serve ice cream.

After the course, each participant receives the recipes for the creations made in the course. 

The course ends at 16:00 p.m. on the first day and at 15:00 p.m. on the second day.
