Visit the only soft ice cream course in Austria!

This day course is all about FroYo and soft ice cream. We cover how to make these two delicacies in compact machines, which bases are best used and how best to prepare the finished product.

Both frozen yogurt and soft serve offer huge profit margins, and getting into the business pays off extremely quickly. We would also be happy to advise you on how to get started with these ice-cold desserts.


The course starts at 8:30 am and ends at 16:00 pm. 

After getting to know each other and discussing the expectations of the participants, we start with a technical and theoretical explanation of soft serve and soft serve machines. After that we start with the production of our soft ice cream.

The participants not only learn how to operate the soft ice cream machines correctly, they also learn how to present and decorate the soft ice cream and frozen yoghurt in a particularly attractive way. Also on the agenda are bubble waffle creations with soft ice cream and mixed soft ice cream that is produced with the Flurrycan. 
At the end of the course, participants are awarded certificates confirming their participation and skills acquired.
