The basic soft ice cream course begins at 8:30 a.m. with a warm welcome, followed by a round of introductions. We attach great importance to understanding the expectations and wishes of all participants.

This is followed by a technical and theoretical introduction to the world of soft ice cream, including an explanation of the necessary equipment and raw material knowledge.
