Your tasks:

• Communication management: You take care of the efficient transfer of incoming calls and the organization of appointments. 
• Email processing: You manage incoming emails like a professional

• Order support: You support the team in order processing and keep their backs free.
• Administrative tasks: You will carry out general office tasks efficiently and reliably.

Your qualifications:

• Technical skills: IT skills are a given for you, ideally you have experience with ERP systems.
• Customer orientation: You put our customers and their needs at the center of your actions.
• Professional experience: If you have already worked in a similar position, that is a plus for us.
