Salesperson (m/f/d) in the internal sales department
We are looking for an inside sales representative (m/f/d) who not only loves our products but also shares our passion for excellent customer service.

Your tasks:
- Maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships with the aim of long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identification and targeted approach to potential new customers to expand our network and increase market share.
- Competent advice and support for our interested parties in our in-house showroom.
- Professional telephone and written handling of customer inquiries.
- Preparation of offers according to customer requirements.
Your profile:
- A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond to them.
- Strong communication skills and a convincing demeanor.
- Experience in B2B sales is an advantage
- Ideally experience in dealing with SAP
- Excellent German language skills and good English skills for clear communication with our customer base.

Refrigeration technician
Are you full of motivation and passion for technology and challenges? No matter whether you already have experience as a refrigeration engineer or are an electrical engineer interested in training in this area - you will find the perfect opportunity with us! Your tasks:
- Troubleshooting and troubleshooting on all types of our ice cream machines
- Carrying out various maintenance work and repairs
- Documentation of service and maintenance work
- Support and accompanying commissioning of new systems
Our expectations:
- Completed vocational training as a refrigeration technician or comparable technical training with the willingness to continue training
- At least one year's experience is desirable
- Very good knowledge of IT
- Precise and independent way of working
