How it works: Simply mix 2 kg of Freeezy soft ice cream powder with 5 liters of water. If you like a particularly creamy result, mix 1 part milk with 2 parts water. After just 15 minutes in the fridge, you can pour the mixture into the soft ice cream maker and use it!
