How it works: Simply mix 2 kg of Freeezy soft ice cream powder with 5 liters of water. If you would like a particularly creamy result, simply replace the water or some of it with milk. After just 15 minutes in the fridge, you can pour the mixture into the soft ice cream maker and use it!
