How it works: Simply mix 2 kg of Freeezy soft ice cream powder with 5 litres of water. If you like a particularly creamy result, you can also use milk or replace some of the water with milk. After just 15 minutes in the fridge, you can pour the mixture into the soft ice cream machine and use it!
