The Frigomat cleaning agent Depal Cip has been specially developed for cleaning ice cream machines and other equipment in food processing. It reliably removes stubborn residues of dairy products and sugar that accumulate during ice cream production. It also has disinfectant properties that ensure a hygienic environment.

Please be sure to follow the manufacturer's exact dosing instructions. After cleaning, it is important to rinse the machine thoroughly with water to remove all detergent residue. For safety reasons, we recommend wearing gloves and eye protection when using the product.
