Why Sweet Depot? The vision

At the beginning of every story there is an idea, a vision. Ours started in 2013. We realized that most of the ice machines in the domestic market were not suitable for continuous use in high temperatures. But that is exactly what is necessary if restaurateurs want to do good business.

After four years of intensive research, it was clear: we wanted to become the Austrian market leader for ice cream machines. In order to achieve this goal, we rely on the highest quality in our machines and raw materials. And last but not least, a collegial cooperation with our customers and everyone who wants to become one.

Who we are and what drives us

We are restaurateurs from the very beginning. After years of practice in the catering trade, we knew from our own experience what restaurateurs really want - and what is really missing in the domestic market. Interestingly, there were hardly any devices that met our requirements, especially in the cold dessert segment. That's why we decided to become the full-service provider that we wanted to be.
