Shipping & Delivery

The prices stated on the product pages are net amounts. They contain neither the statutory value added tax nor other price components. We deliver worldwide. Delivery times start from Austria. The delivery times stated on the products outside of Austria are extended as a result.

Parcel services deliver the ordered goods to the front door. Forwarding companies deliver the ordered goods to the curb. (The supplier is not obliged to transport the ordered goods to the house or building).

When handing over the delivered goods, you must check the items with the supplier (driver) for any damage and document them or confirm them in writing by the supplier. Otherwise we cannot accept any liability!

Orders with a purchase value of €150 or more (net) are delivered free of charge. For orders with a purchase value of less than € 150 (net), a shipping fee of € 5,90 will be charged. The delivery times stated on the products may change or be delayed within Austria.

Deliveries of goods by freight forwarder are not included. We charge a shipping fee of €1000 for orders under €29 (net).

This does not apply to Frigomat, GeloStandard, Afinox, Bovo, Ugolini and Freeezy machines. We would be happy to make you a cost-effective offer for delivery and training for these devices.

Orders from a purchase value of € 200 (net) are delivered free of charge. For orders with a purchase value of less than € 200 (net), a shipping fee of € 7,90 will be charged.

Deliveries of goods by freight forwarder are not included. We charge a shipping fee of €1200 for orders under €39 (net).

This does not apply to Frigomat, GeloStandard, Afinox, Bovo, Ugolini and Freeezy machines. We would be happy to make you a cost-effective offer for delivery and training for these devices.

Special conditions apply to hard-to-reach places (ski area, lake area, islands, unpaved roads, etc.) - price on request.
