Shipping & Delivery

The prices stated on the product pages are net amounts. They contain neither the statutory value added tax nor other price components. We deliver worldwide. Delivery times start from Austria. The delivery times stated on the products outside of Austria are extended as a result.

As standard, our products are shipped by post.
However, sensitive or fragile items require shipping via a freight forwarder. These items are clearly marked on the respective product pages with the following button:

Parcel services deliver the ordered goods to the front door. Forwarding companies deliver the ordered goods to the curb. (The supplier is not obliged to transport the ordered goods to the house or building).

When handing over the delivered goods, you must check the items with the supplier (driver) for any damage and document them or confirm them in writing by the supplier. Otherwise we cannot accept any liability!
